Are you trying to ask how to MoD The M40a3 in MW2 without getting banned? If thats the case then well buddy.. you cant because changing anything from m2demo file is already called modifying and it will give an Unfair advantage against others. So the answers is no unless 4D1 Officially releases then yes.
