You posted 3 different graphics cards... And they are all very old, released in 2004, 2005, and 2005 and from what I can see none of them support pixel shader 3 so you won't be able to run mw2 with those cards.

If you want to stay on the FAT32 filesystem, just do a chkdsk, if you want a more reliable filesystem, do as NTAuthority told you, right click on your hard drive, and press Format, change it to NTFS and you should be ready to go. I also had this issue, not sure if it fixed it, as I rarely use my pendrive now. I just can't format my friends HDD, it's his he's got a lot of shit on it. Is there anything other than formatting I could do for it. And I've got 3TB of HDD's and almost all are full, so I can't even copy shit out of his HDD and put it on mine and format it, his has used up about 80% of his 1TB. My pen drive with some stuff on it had the same problem as you have, I can't remember if I formatted it and then used photorec to recover the data or if I used photorec and then reformatted the drive, but it saved almost everything, the only thing it didn't save was maybe 1 or 2 files, and all the file names. The problem is that people who have played mw2 on steam, or on alteriwnet before probably don't want to level up again. Meaning that if they can't transfer their stats or rank hack to have the same stats as before they won't join us, and less players is a bad thing in most cases.

Yes, you download steam, make an account, and then you buy the game.

Meh, the commands that really affects the fps is in the menu anyway, sure you might get a bit more fps if you use some of these commands but they are not what is going to make you able to play. Also if your pc can't run mw2 you might as well drop pc gaming, a macbook can run this game and macs use an integrated graphics card (also why not just list the commands that you added instead of the config file? That way people can keep their keybinds, and sensitivity.)

But it isn't? If you have the DLC for free...then shame on you, since you are infringing on their copyright. 4d1 takes no responsibility for this ;p If you download the dlc without buying it you can't play with it on steam anyway (at least afaik) but here you can so I can still see how this could be a problem. (also can't you argue that changing what server the game connects to is the same as emulating?)
