As we all know aIW got a C&D.

What is different about IW4M that makes it so that NTA doesn't receive another C&D?

MW2 -> Activision: Okay. But no matchmaking.

All later CoD games -> Activision: C&D incoming. These games already have servers, so there's little to improve. Or can be improved.

 

So there you go. Expect aRev to go down once they get too well known.

Well the current state of IW4M is (in my opinion) how it should be, and it's at its best. Hopefully Activision let us keep it.

Yes, but there is nothing they can sue him for. They mention emulating matchmaking services. IW4M doesn't do that. So, that C&D letter is full of fail. And the average American stupidity.
