Can not get the promod to work

I was reading and found a cool addon or mod to try and add to my server . I do live streams and other things an this would be the best mod ever. I just can not seem to get it to load up .

This shows the players on the left and right and also bar moves up and down when there health is down. I downloaded the ProMod Plugin but just cant seem to get this to work . What do i need to do and go about doing to get this to work? I was in a server and it said hosted my ProMod plugin . I think it was the elitegaming server.
