maybe this question was already here in this forum if so i am sorry.

 

I got an Steam Account with MW2 and i am playing with the "fourdeltaone" Modification.

 

So could my Steam account be banned because of this ??

Or could i be banned in the Original Steam Version of MW2 ??

 

 

I hope i am not annoying.

VAC - Should be impossible, it's separate

 

And even if you in theory would get VAC banned, you could still play on these servers.

No, but I would recommend copy/pasting your MW2 folder somewhere else on the system, and put

your IW4M files in the folder you just pasted

 

I did this yeah, but once i had Steam running and started Fourdeltaone MW2 (which is not in the Steam directory) but then i saw that i was in Gameoverlay and Steam said I am Ingame in MW2.

 

This was strange and i was afraid of being banned, but this cant be ?

Nope. You wont be banned. Unless you play the steam version and hack.
