Currently there's no way to use avidemo, try this:

 

/timescale 0.25

 

then record it with at least 20fps with something like FRAPS, and then you can later speed it up 4x in Sony Vegas or whatever you use, and you'll end up with 100fps...

Yes, but you'd have to use /timescale 0.2 instead since 0.2 x5 = 1.0 timescale, otherwise it would be either slowed down or sped up.

or record with 30 fps locked on fraps , then vdub to 300 fps
