So i was playing some SnD on skidrow, we reach the 12 rounds win and then, when the new map is supposed to load, i get a grey and bleu checkered screen. So after it loaded, i press the auto-join button, and then when i clicked on my custom class IW4M closed with this error message:

AimTarget_GetTagPos: Cannot find tag [j_head] on entity

 

If anyone can help me fix it, cause i dont really want it to happen again
