"CL_CGameNeedsServerCommand: A reliable command was cycled out"

 

After playing a game on a server, when trying to load up the next map (any map, not a particular one) my game loads up the map, the loading bar is full, and then I get a black screen and the error message:

 

"CL_CGameNeedsServerCommand A reliable command was cycled out"

 

I then have to close down IW4M, run it again and join back to the server. This only happens on certain servers.

 

Anyone know a fix?

This might happen on legacy servers only, try to avoid these with the green * at the beginning.

And, which revision do you use at the moment? The latest one?

I always use the latest revision, and never play on Legacy servers yet still get the error :S

In my case the problem was a leftover DLL from a plugin used in TeknoGods, Message.auto.dll

It is in the \scripts\ folder.

? IW4M... not IW5M

Anyway, it could be caused by some leftover... but not a plugin on "scripts" folder for sure, since IW4M doesn't use such path.

yeah sorry. I found this post by searching for that error in iw5m, but i didn't pay attention to the forum category
