Does anyone have servercomputer(s) that could do that sort of service? Would be nice to play with friends easily since private matches dont work with the current revision (or so I am told.... maybe i'm just dum :| )

since when do private matches not work? you can play them just fine...

Private Matches do work, you can access them from the Main Menu and your friends will use connect command to join your lobby.
