Hi, how can I set xp scale in server.cfg?

Im using command

set scr_xpscale "10"

but it doesnt work, server is changing maps all the time

Its changing maps all the time because more than 4 bugs the server and its forbidden

use a modified _rank.gsc that removes the check on the xpscale being more than 4. :twisted:

All it does is remove 2 lines from the default _rank.gsc from what I understand

 

if ( level.xpScale > 4 || level.xpScale < 0)

It's just _rank.gsc

It's within your iw_25.iwd file (in AlterIW days - that is, not sure exactly what you'd edit now), or run a server mod that just changes the _rank.gsc

I jsut want to change that xpscale, so should I copy that iw_25.iwd file from old AlterIW to my FD1 server files ? and just remove those 2 lines with xpscale and it will work ?

I don't think it uses iw_25.iwd anymore, I may be wrong though.. Someone else will have to clarify, I can't.. Sorry. :|

_rank.gsc is located in the .ff files, which you are forbidden to touch unless you know what you are doing. Alternatively you can do some editing in the m2demo folder located in your appdata\local\iw4m folder.
