Help please,im a big fan of this game and played a lot on alter,but now iwe got a big problem

So i start the game(instaled by your instructions) it works for about 10 seconds and then the screen goes black,i get out to windows to see the error '' Couldnt load image 'preview_mp_compact' '' i tried reinstaling the game but its still the same problem so help me pls...
