any links to nice starting guide for beginners, i have a programming background ,so i will get used to it easily

 

and starting with XNA too any reference guides for it ? i need the list of libraries and functions

I just use vmware workstation 8 + bactrack 5 r2 ( I would use ubuntu, but I like btw for penetration testing also, as there is no need to have to separat linuxes when one has all the features of the other plus more...) I'll search and give u some stuff tomorrow, I seriously got to get to bed though xD.

Or, you could do as I did, think up a new project, start coding, read only the necessary things for the moment. It'll go slow at the start, but I find I learn quicker this way, less to read, seems to stick better.

i like penetration testing too : ) ,our thoughts are way too similar , i am using Virtual box ....

Its also good for cracking those password for those .rar files. Like when you google something for download and then you figure out to get it u must... "Click HERE fo the password!!!! http://sharecash.org/28193" [Fake Link] lol
