What is this error? I have never seen it before, and you are the second person who has had it.

Anyway, re-install your MW2, or as Sora3100 suggested, fix your localization.txt

Nope. I figured out what it is. Those who have downloaded the SP and MP Torrent version, and have copied over the cracked contents will receive this error on startup. Because the crack contains a custom localization.txt, and has its own custom error dialogues. The fix is to download the link that vextor has posted, though that makes it impossible to play cracked SP MW2.
