LOL. You just posted a question in the subforum of the ANSWER. IW4M is gonna be mostly the same, except you must have the legit game bought, and have the legit steam files. Cheers.

You won't play the legit mp as it is full of hackers and has no mod support or dedicated servers. All of these things were fixed by AiW and now will be fixed by IW4M

Nope. You need a legit version to play the dedicated servers that will come up along with IW4M. Preferrably a Steam version
