I did install Hamachi and when i run the game i press "Windows" key and than I copy IPv4 address of my friend and go in game console and write for example "connect 168.43.43." and nothing happend.. Only when we are in private match, than we both can play.. How to fix that?

I don't really understand what the problem is, if you can play a private match.

 

Talking about the console. You need to type connect IP into the external console, or how is it called, which launches together with the game. If you want to execute any commands through the in-game console, you must add / before them, like /connect IP.

Why would you use hamachi to play in public matches? That's not even possible AFAIK

Anyway, are you typing in your friends regular IP or his Hamachi IP? You need the latter.

if you wan't to connect you friend when he is playing on a dedicated server ask him the ip from the server and connect to that
