So, Me and my friend wants to play on the same server and the servers he plays in i cannot find them in my Server List. I checked the FAQ of IW4M and also have Legacy Server on and with every other filter but it seems that i cannot find all the servers. My Revision is IW4M3.0 - 103 and it looks likes its a problem at my end.

Try clicking reset on the filters so that it will show all servers without limiting to the 500 ping limit. Although I would recommend you find one that both of you can see without doing this so your ping is low enough.
