It was a MW2 project which is now trying to be discontinued because of 4D1. As you can see they are trying to convince their community to use 4D1 instead.

The reason I posted it here was so that I could get opinions and see if iBlack was creating another aRev, but from the comments, I see not.

MwColoMbia was before aRev, also they "stole codes from us" in their M1 version.
