512MB of ram would be pushing it, but might do for one 4D1 server

If you get 1GB of RAM then you could most probably host 2 servers and B3

1.5GB-2GB of RAM would be sufficient for running about 3 servers and B3

To put it into scale, you need ~350MB for a fully loaded server

Any VPS should supply a good enough CPU to handle this

And for HDD, you need roughly 10GB for the install alone if you remove the not-needed files

20GB HDD would be plenty for other uses, too but 15GB would prolly be my limit

Internet connection would prolly be 100 up/down but anything that's higher than 10 up/down is good :)
