Are there any XP users out there with a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 installed. I have down graded from windows 7 to XP pro. I have found several drivers but none of them work with directx.

 

This is starting to be more trouble then is worth. None of my computers drivers are supported in xp, I knew that before I started. After a few hours I managed to find all the generic drivers except for this one.

no, it doesn't support larger hard drives without corrupting data

Well I still have Windows 7 installed on a separate HDD along side of backtrack. So if XP doesn't work out all I gotta do is switch out hard drives. Also I haven't used 95/98 since middle school.

I have always been used to XP, When I bought this computer it came with windows 7. I ended up getting used to it, But I just missed the old style. Not to mention it seems like everything just runs better on Xp.

 

IW4M seems to run better also, Used to have to wait for the black screen to go away before I could play. But now it just pops right up, Although that is not the reason I wanted to downgrade it is a lil bonus for me.
