There is an official way to change your name HERE, but it's unlocked until further notice, so I would suggest you to wait and NOT use any kind of external program since aCI might detect it and get you banned(notice the might).

no serioulsy: it doesn't seem to me like NTA or pigophone want a tool distributed in their forum which circumvents parts of the iw4m-code, for example /votekick and /voteban would be useless with this.

actually i wrote some code based of apadayo's clantagmod for myself and tried it. the server kept saying "user not found". thought this is working in a similar way, couldn't try it as the link was removed
