Hey there FourDeltaOne community, I have another question / problem.

 

I've been on TDM servers and seen some custom team names you can select at the team selection screen. How would I go about doing this? I don't see anything in server.cfg file.

 

Could it possibly be adding a line, such as 'set src_teamnames' or something?

Oh yes, I was looking at some mods I know have this feature, and it's located somewhere in _rank.gsc.

 

Problem is, how do I add it?

Open up the mod and edit it out ?

Lol it's not in _rank.gsc, unless suddenly team names have something to do with ranks :3. It's a simple dvar. I just cant remember it off the top of my head. You'd use

 self setclientdvar( "whateverthedvaris", "yourteamname");

 

I believe it something like scr_teamname_allies/axis, but I don't remember, and I don't have access to my pc ATM.
