i think the fps is locked at 125, you can use /com_maxfps 0 to push your hardware.

Are you absolutely positively sure the FPS is capped at 125, because that would make strafing/strafe jumping possible and since I'm coming from promod it'd be awesome.

you can cap it your self /com_maxfps 125. But i am not 100% sure if it is like that default.

Use

 

com_maxfps "0" to uncap your fps

you can et /com_maxfps 333 on the cfg

you can et /com_maxfps 333 on the cfg

 

Yeah. Silenced footsteps. Sounds very pro-modish/competitive.

 

It's the best fps though... it gives you a better jump height and distance. In CoD4 promod they don't allow 333 fps since it gives you too much of an advantage.

On CoD4 ProMod the fps is fully adjustable.

 

/com_drawfps 1 to show your current fps on the screen.

/com_maxfps 125/250/333 These values give advantages in terms of silent running and strafing. 125 And 250 are allowed in ProMod and 333 is forbidden. If you dont get 250 stable it's best to change it to 125.

 

If you get stuck at 60fps it is possible that you have "sync every frame" on in your options and you have to turn that off in order to get higher fps.

I've hit over 100/

Got the game, downloaded FourDeltaOne, and seems some lobbies cap the Fps while others don't. But I haven't been able to lock it to certain nubmber using "com_maxfps", and if there is one thing worse than low fps its in-consistent Fps. Jumps from any where b/w 100-300 and the game gets stuttery as hell. Back to promod till I figure this out.
