I have downloaded the new mapfiles, copied them into the server's zone/alter and to the client's zone/alter folders. (from there viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3476 )

 

Maps working: oilrig, so_ghillies, invasion, gulag ,contingency and iw4_credits.

 

Found a solution to my first problem, now 6 working.

But:

favela- Server and Client says same:

ERROR: G_Spawn: no free entities

Error: Could not load xmodel "body_seal_soccom_assault_a".

Error: Could not load rawfile "maps/mp/favela.gsc".

 

I found a 4D1 server where is Favela working.

 

How can I get it to work?

So basically you can't play the "new" favela by yourself yet, just on that server.

I read that, but already have questions:

If "we cannot play at this moment" how can they run?

Why just they have the good favela files?

Where they find the good files for it?

1. Remove shit like pathnodes or actor out of the entities

2. Learn GSC-Scripting

3. Extract the .gscs needed to precache models and fx out of the fastfile

4. Create a PROPER favela.gsc script without stuff from SP

5. Create a PROPER basemaps.arena

6. Profit.

otherwise don't even try.

I have a small GSC skill (just a small), how can I decide which stuff needs SP?

I have the proper favela.gsc from favela.ff, but i don't know which functions are needed to run the map correctly.

5: basemaps.arena is easy to add some lines.

 

And I also don't know how to:

-edit the spawnpoints to work correctly for the 2 team

-add block to the map sides, to prevent players getting out from the map

-make the killstreak's work correctly
