You need hamachi? Who said that? OP, that isn't true. There is a guide around here somewhere to setup a private match

 

To OP: The friendslist is currently not finished yet, with a web UI coming so you can add your friends. If you have Steam, you can add you friend on Steam and it should show up, as the friendslist currently uses Steam friends.

Use Evolve to play with friends, you start up your own private match while staying in a Evolve party and they just connect to that evolve IP that they see under your name.

yes, but why the fuck hamachi and not simply /connect xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx?

I have lots of friends on forums, but when i go in-game the friendlist is empty, do i need to update ???? :?:

Friends list feature has now been incorporated. Though not fully.
