What kinda mods? Like Bots mod or stuff? Download the original .iwd and make a folder in mods name it anything and then put the mod inside the folder you created.

Are you trying to load a server with the mod?

Or is it a client side mod like texture packs?

Make sure the mod is inside of a folder while inside of the mods folder.
