Redownload all your iwd's it says if your error starts with "preview_mp" download iw_22/23. Yours didn't, but you will need those 2 iwd's for another error.

You should only need iw_00.iwd (since the image that your'e missing is there).

If you got more errors after replacing iw_00.iwd, you better just reinstall the game, since you might have problems in other folders aswell.

Also anytime you get an "Could not load IMAGE X" error means is a problem with your iwd's
