Were you using alterRev or another client before?

No...I used IW4M Before and it worked but i tried making a new account. and got this error

And now i cant even login to my old account

I saw that error happening on people who used iw4m installer...

I didn't bother much digging into the problem though (I deleted iw4m.ini, and iw4m folder from localappdata and it didn't solve). By the time, what I did was to delete iw4m.ini and then move everything inside Modern Warfare 2 folder into a new folder. Then I launched the game from that folder and it logged-in fine.
