Just reposting it :)

 

Instructions:

 

1) Locate to your Modern Warfare 2/main folder

2) Open IW_07.iwd with winRAR/7zip

3) Go into the 'images' folder

4) Drag downloaded file into that folder

5) Put a UMP45 on any of your classes without a camo
