You put it in your mw2 folder ._.

Then what? I'm sure that's not the whole binary release...

But it is? You might need an updated libnp.dll - its in the clientdll/dependencies/runtime/ folder.

Hey, its saying my MW2 isn't passing the Steam Authentication, which my copy most certainly is paid for. Is there a .dll I need to update or something? Or should I verify the integrity of the game cache?

Yes, I did that, it still wont work. AND I verified my cache and it still wont let me play.

EDIT: Re-installing the game now...I think the problem was there was junk files in there or something, but I will try to resolve it.

Hey I am still getting the message, and I just re-installed mw2. Sorry to be pestering about this, but I just really want to try this! And yes, I downloaded the stuff from the post, I put them in the right place, and I purchased Modern Warfare 2 on Steam. :cry:
