error during initialization

Опубликовано:

hello,

When I followed the instructions from the forum http://fourdeltaone.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2040 and I started iw4m.exe, it said that my steam account doesn't own CoD mw2. please purchase the game or try other steam account.

But I did buy the game, because I have the retail disk next to me and I recently re-installed the game so I guess that is also not the problem.

So can somebody help me with this crappy error??

Kind regards,

Pielewapper.

here is the link to my steam profile http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198030802117/ but I don't know if you are allowed to watch it, and I'm not very familiar with steam.

But my steam name is "pi3l3wapp3r" so maybe you can look it up that way.

If I click on my steam profile on the games tab, it says that I have modern warfare 2 multiplayer.

Hope you can help me,

Kind regards,

Pielewapper

Whenever I start the game it says ''Steam must be running to play this game.'' When I run steam says the same.. But when I launch the game ON steam it's pretty much the same... I see no changes.

Any Help?
