[HELP] weird screen glitch makes my game unplayable

was playing normally... until THIS happened.... i already googled and searched for a solution but i couldnt find a similar case.....

heres the list of things ive already tried :-restarting my pc

-updating my driver

Please let me know if anyone has a solution :cry:
