Dedicated server long load times.

From time to time, when the server loads a new map, there is a LOOOONG load time. The server sits there saying, it is setting up, but just hangs. The problem seems to be intermittent so I can't pinpoint anything that might be a cause. Most of the players either leave or time out.

 

Has anyone else been having this issue? Any thoughts on a possible resolution?
