I grabbed some versions of that script some time ago...

Here... you got a zip with 3 folders. Each of it is a different version of the script. I think I was using version "1.03-hotfix"

I haven't test it with a FourDeltaOne installation, but it should work. Just choose a version from one of the folders and them place that iwd on the dedicated server's "m2demo" folder.

I remember that I used to run it as a mod (fs_game from mods folder) to avoid the server from hanging at the end of the first round if a mod was running (by running the script as a mod, it was impossible that it could be running at the same time as another mod, therefore avoiding a server hang).

I believe that with 4D1's new modding capabilities, that could be overcome by using different gsc file names, but I'm not an expert on that (by the way, "mr modders", is that possible?)
