As a Draven main, I go:

 

start:

boots+3pots, longsword+2pots

 

then:

Bloodthirster -> Berserkers -> Statikk Shiv -> Infinity Edge -> Last Whisper -> Guardian Angel

 

I usually swap lw with ga. Warmog's instead of ga works too
