Hey guys, i'm new in starting an dedicated server, and i can start my server/ play in it, but i cant get the mods get to work for example my isnipe mod, when i want to launch it i use this in the server application properties: "C:\Users\Gebruiker\Desktop\snelkoppelingen & mappen\mw2 - kopie\iw4m.exe" +set party_maxplayers 18 +set net_port 28961 +exec server.cfg +map mp_rust +map_rotate +set fs_game "mods/isnipe" -dedicated -console

 

and when i see my game on the server list, the gametype of my server= isnipe -dedicated - console

 

and when i join, its just teamdeathmatch

 

please guys, i really need your help!

Try it like that

 

"-console" after "-dedicated" is optional, but not recommended

Thanks Jerre. I copied the string and rearranged it, but didn't notice the error there.

+fs_game mods/isnipe instead of +set fs_game mods/isnipe

right now it keeps downloading and after that it says:

Probably an .iwd? Change the extension to .rar and extract it; delete the .iwd afterwards.

Now you should have the actual maps in that isnipefolder. (like: isnipe/maps/mp ....).

 

Restart your server, should be fixed

 

(or change the .iwd's name to _svr_isnipe.iwd, should work as well)
