I have read the Common fixed post, and I did what it said to do. I open Console, and typed " r_noborder 0", and then "vid_restart" and it did nothing. I also went into my players file, and made sure it was 0, and everything was 0, and my game is still not in Windowed mode. I have made sure numerous times that is was still 0, and it is. Am I doing something wrong? If so, can someone please tell me what to do.
