Make sure it's not in quotes.. as in the link to your .exe

It's not letting me rename my iw4m.dat file anymore so I can't even make the shortcut anymore.

Not even supposed to be using that.. you're supposed to use LaunchIW4M.exe or whatever .exe you use to launch the server.

You're doing it wrong...

You don't put the arguments on the "Start In" box. Just on the destination box and that's it.

Plus, the quotes close after the executable. The startup paramenters stay out of the quotes.

 

example:

Destination- "C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Modern Warfare 2\iw4m.exe" -dedicated +set party_maxplayers 18 +set net_port 28961 +exec server.cfg +map mp_rust +map_rotate

Start in- "C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Modern Warfare 2"
