You're probably missing the DLCs. Which fastfile is missing ?

Google AlterIWNet - DLCs Repository and put the missing files into your zone/english folder.

It worked, but i have another bothering problem it says: Couldn't find the bsp for this map. Please build the fast file associated with maps/mp/mp_rust.d3dbsp and try again.

Seems though that all of your fastfiles are corrupted.

I suggest a complete reinstall.

Delete your MW2 folder and download Skidrow Proper torrent from the pirates at the bay. Then reinstall 4D1's IW4M client.
