The Problem is at mw2 when the game is just loaded up this pop up msg comes

this msg also comes when i try to play in a server

That may be a firewall problem...

Try disabling your router's firewall, to start.

Are you using any software firewall, besides windows firewall?

Turning off Windows Defender did it for me.

Entering

devmap mp_rust;disconnect

tends to do the trick for me.

Delete caches.xml from the IW4M folder (not mw2 folder, the launchers folder) And start the game again with the launcher. That was solve the problem for me
