I was Downloading it almost 800 mb was done after evening I stopped it again started it was checking i stopped it at checking at 2% (it was stucked) now and i resume it now its RE-Downloading EveryThing WTF?

Why would you cancel the check? There is a reason that is there. Now you can't do anything, u torrent probably already overwrote the files with whatever it did manage to check.
