Ok, I've been through the forums and read the different posts about errors, but have yet to resolve this issue.

 

My server is getting the following:

 

Fatal error (0xc0000005) at 0x1006ee50

 

the mini dump is http://www.mediafire.com/?rp9bdi18xcw3dey (uncompressed).

 

This just started after adding the anti-noob mod - it has been removed for now, but the issue still persists.

I have reinstalled 4d1 and re-updated the server files, deleted the demo folder and the cache.xml file, reinstalled again and it still crashes.

That's really weird.

During the map rotation - usually just before Quarry, or after Karachi - and the server doesn't rotate all maps, either.

im getting an error like this when i start up my server Fatal error (0xc0000005) at 0x006b5fe0.

A minidump has been written to iw4m-3.0-104-20120802041934.dmp.

I got this a while ago, just wait a while and it'll go away

Did you try that:

If you have any steam*.dll files in your Game folder, delete them all EXCEPT FOR steam_api.dll.

 

Do you have the DLCs?

I do and they are in the DLC folder, not the main game folder, not in the english folder under zones.............hmmmmmm

 

Can someone post a screen shot of the files that SHOULD be in each folder in Zone?

No, not yet - just got back home and have a few things to do. Later on I will match your pics up there with what I actually have.

Ok - my files all match up to what is there in your pics.

 

Issue (as far as I can tell) happens with the actual rotation. Some maps don't like being by other maps (like contingency doesnt' like being by sub base).

 

I changed the scr line that tells the server that the gametype is "war" to "" and added gametype dm (or war or whatever) to the start of each map. Then I moved scrapyard to another location in rotation and it has ran for over 24 hours without a crash this way.

 

As it was in the days of alerIW, the rotation remains a picky lil runt. Certain maps don't like being within 2 maps of others, some maps dont' support certain gametypes, but I think we've managed to eliminate our downtime this way.

 

I appreciate the feedback, and if I have any other issues, I will certainly let you know.

If you're running 4D1 ported maps, notice that they don't support all gametypes. I only tested Team Deathmatch with them all, and they all work. But some people tried S&D and they crash (I don't know if none supports S&D or just some).

So, yeah, your crash was most probably because you were running a ported map with an unsupported gametype for that ported map.
