I simply dont understand this attitude.

Once again I am here and wondering about the IW5M project.

Now I wonder will we be able to use level hacks. Or could we use our Steam stats. I have great stats on Steam ever since I bought it back in January and wouldn't want to work all over again. I realize the project isn't out yet. But I just am very interested.

Well since we have a pretty good idea of what we're going for this can be locked.

 

So whats the point of Rule 4, if it was "interpreted" by DidUknowiPwn in his own way?

 

Why is DidUknowiPwn in the habit of locking the post so abruptly ? Or he doesn't have any nicer things to do, as a Tech Support? (Since IW5M hasn't released yet).

Yes I agree, it would have been better, if PowerPuffBhoy had gone through the search before posting. But my point is Abrupt Locking of the Posts. Please try to have a check on him.

PS: If I remember correctly, PowerPuffBhoy is a very old member, since the times of AlterIW and doesn't deserve this kind of a rude behaviour.

PPS: It is evident for people to write their opinions, views etc, that shows their attachment for FD1, and also because the Technical part hasn't started yet. Duct taping their mouths isn't a right approach for TechSupports, atleast.

Also, really why is that topic locked? Unlock the suggestions one or else you've unloaded a barrage of useless topics that could easily be in one topic.

I never said he was, LP corrected DUKIP, and then he locked the topic beacuse of rule #8. As for the locking, we do it beacuse: either the answer was given or we want to prevent offtopic/spam.

This was addressed to the Mods, but since you are bent on justifying his deeds, my objection still stands.

 

I dont have any personal issues with him. This never happened with me.

 

Moreover:

 

1. DIDUKIP did not tell PPB, that the matter has been discussed before, did he?

2. DIDUKIP gave RuleNo.4 as the base for his objection, which he forgot, was already locked by him, on some baseless reason.

3. Do you understand what I mean by the Relevance of Rule 4, if it has already been locked? Why is the rule still there in the Rule List? (It was locked by the same person)

Does Rule No. 8 apply on the above. Was he asking for something? He was only wondering, and that curiosity is Genuine. Did he ask something that was breaking the rules?

 

The understanding level of DUKIP was upto Rule No.4 only, and then it shifted to RuleNo.8, which was also not exact.

 

Had DUKIP given him the link of this post,( viewtopic.php?f=30&t=7493 ) which had all the discussions, I would not have objected.

 

My question, How will the the user get the answer of the question/thoughts? Did DUKIP tell him anything except showing PPB the RULES?

It's up to the user to READ all the rules/FAQ/discussion topics. If he doesn't follow the RULES, which in this case he didn't MODs have all the right to: warn, lock, delete topics. DUKIP has corrected himself so it's a rightfull lock. Also he has more respect from me then PPB so it's obvious I will be on his side. And this is FourDeltaOne not alterIWnet.
