Game freezes randomly on menu, any fixes/solutions??

FYI, I used the installer but it doesn't work for me. So I had to use the dedicated server updater to be able to download it.

You shouldnt need st delete m2demo folder, and caches.xml, and then run LaunchIW4M.exe

Now my game is minimizing by itself

and when i delete my m2demo folder I open my game and it says decompressing m2demo

I fixed it for him. -.-

(Mason = my little brother).

 

His iw_22/iw_23.iwd were just shortcuts and not the actual files.

Wasn't even crashing, he explained his problem vaguely and not describing his problem at all.

I just alt+tabbed and theres a message box about the patch_etc_etc.ff and I knew it was the 22/23 files since I have heard about the issue before.
