anyone know how to dump menu files?

The menu can be edited via the SVN (Source)...

Pigo had almost-finished code for this, I think he gave it to Deathmax. I haven't heard about it since.

Yep I also want the menu files so I can change some stuff in the promod menu.

Would be nice to have one of the pre-loaded menu file at least...like hud.menu in cod4.

Most of the code is there to dump all the files. It just needs to be uncommented out and reenabled. Also if you want to get a basis for making a menu then use the cod4 ones.... If you dont have those mod tools by now and consider yurself a modder then you should be ashamed

I meant the mw2 counterpart of cod4's hud.menu. A menu that is pre-loaded and can't be closed by the player.

If it is that easy i wonder why noone ever released a full dump. Also, i wouldn't need it for making a new menu (as we already have one), but to edit something in the existing ingame menu like the "choose team" one. And as i said above, it would be nice to have access to a pre-opened one.

U didnt ask anywhere for permissions on it + its not yours its from activision. Also internet is just available for everyone that want to use it.

Pretty useless, but nice for experimenting. I'd rather use the IW3 ones.
