i got a weird problem yesterday i final got Sitrep pro and cold blooded pro i log in today and its all gone again no perks are pro no nothing :( is there a bug or something with it?

 

i got cold blooded pro again and i log of and log back in and its all gone again! :( is there a way to fix it?
