I hear everywhere about this list (ip, xuid, name), made by alter iw. How can I get it?

 

I have a list of 727 players who have been banned of alkon server. but I want to add more banned players from aiw banlist.

 

then I'll make a java program which converts the txt file into a .sql file to import it to the DB.
