you can also use avidemo in black ops but not in mw2...

yeah but its great to make Movies!

Why not just timescale .20, then record with FRAPS at 30 FPS, put into Virtualdub and change the FPS to 150 FPS?

Isn't in the game. Just use demo's, timescale 0.1 and then use dxtory or fraps then vdub it at 10x the fps. E.g 30 fps would be 300 fps. NTAuthority and Pigophone were working on cl_avidemo or image processing (not sure if this is 100% true) but I'm not sure if NTA carried on with it.

Atm im recording with fraps like this...
