i eventually get my predator missile, care package and uav........

I am using a MW3 specialist mod which needs to remove all player killstreaks....

there are 3 ways to make it done.

init()
{
	level.killstreakRewards = false; //one way
	setDvar("scr_game_hardpoints", 0 ); //another way
}

the hard way - go to your _class.gsc and find this lines

	if ( level.killstreakRewards )
{
	loadoutKillstreak1 = self getPlayerData( "killstreaks", 0 );
	loadoutKillstreak2 = self getPlayerData( "killstreaks", 1 );
	loadoutKillstreak3 = self getPlayerData( "killstreaks", 2 );
}

replace it with this:

	if ( level.killstreakRewards )
{
	loadoutKillstreak1 = "none";
	loadoutKillstreak2 = "none";
	loadoutKillstreak3 = "none";
}

if the easy ways will fail - then the hard way will never do the same.

edit/

or just comment this line out in _class.gsc

//self setKillstreaks( loadoutKillstreak1, loadoutKillstreak2, loadoutKillstreak3 );
