my screen is fucked

my screen is offcenter about an inch to the left, so half of my kill feed is cut off and i cant see anyone on the left inch of the screen. is there anyw way i can center the screen? this is only my second day playing any type of pc game... so any help is appreciated thanks!

Do you use the right Resolution? Do you use (Noborder-)Windowmode? It could be that, mybe.

 

how would i go into windowed mode? and i use the reccomended settings it gives me. i could change them though. its on 1270x768
