Challenges not syncing.

Every time I quit MW2 and get back on, I am lvl 70, no prestige, with no challenges, and no titles/emblems save the leveling up ones. I don't know what is happening... :(

you probably got rank hacked(s), and in order to prestige you need to choose to, you must unlock challenges, and you also must unlock titles and emblems.... XP and your level dont unlock anything but weapons...

    And there is yet no way of resetting stats? or is there?
